Products on this site are sold by IMECAR LLC, 1200 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1950, Miami, FL 33131. Website sales are for end users; dealer and fleet purchases run under separate written terms.

Prices, payment and shipping

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Freight shipping is free to Florida and Georgia; other states are calculated at checkout. Delivery is curbside freight on a pallet, typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. In-stock orders dispatch from Miami, FL the next business day after the order is received; out-of-stock items may be reserved as a preorder, are charged at the time of order, and ship when stock arrives — we email a ship date as soon as we have one.

We do not ship online to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories. Freight to those destinations is arranged through our dealer network — email [email protected] and we'll quote it.

Warranty

L-FLEX battery packs carry IMECAR's Ten-Year Limited Warranty, honored by IMECAR LLC for the original purchaser (non-transferable). Register within thirty (30) days of purchase for full-term coverage; unregistered packs are covered for one (1) year from purchase. Remedy schedule: years 0–5, free repair or replacement; years 5–8, replacement at 50% of then-current MSRP; years 8–10, replacement at 75% of MSRP. Warranty returns require an RMA — contact us and we'll arrange it; IMECAR ships the serviced or replacement pack back at no charge within the US. Returns

You may return an L-FLEX pack within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund. The pack must be uninstalled and returned complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies and return freight is the customer's responsibility; email [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions before shipping anything back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the pack.

If the fault is ours, we cover it. If a pack arrives damaged in transit or we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it and pay the freight both ways — no restocking fee.

For safety reasons, installed, used, or altered packs cannot be returned; those are covered instead by the Ten-Year Limited Warranty above. Chargers are returnable if unopened and in original packaging. Not sure a pack will fit? Use the Fit Finder and measure your battery bay before ordering — honest sizing beats a return.

Installation and safe use

Follow the installation and user manuals supplied with your pack. Battery packs are heavy; the 9.2 and 10.5 kWh models require appropriate lifting equipment. Professional installation is recommended for all packs. Charge only with an IMECAR charger (15 A or 25 A) or a certified charger meeting the charging specification in the Owner's Manual — uncertified or mismatched chargers may damage the pack, and such damage is not covered by the warranty. Products must be used as described in the documentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
