Built to shed the Florida heat
L-FLEX doesn't just tolerate heat — the aluminum enclosure is designed to move it out. It's a double-wall case: two layers of aluminum with ventilation channels running the length of the pack on three sides (top, left and right), so it works like a radiator — more surface area, and air flowing through the channels carries heat away from the cells. Passive, with no fans to fail, and the IM-P150 BMS watches cell temperature on top of it.

Most Florida carts are 48 V — Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha, ICON. L-FLEX is a 51.2 V drop-in for 48 V-class carts in three footprints — standard, slim, and a larger bay for the 9.2 and 10.5 packs. Run the Fit Finder or measure your battery bay to confirm.
