Who we are

What we collect

Forms. When you register a pack, apply as a dealer, request fleet terms or contact support, we receive what you type: name, email, and the details of your request (such as serial numbers or company information).

Purchases. Checkout is operated by Stripe. Your payment card details go to Stripe, not to us — we receive order information (what you bought, your shipping address and contact details) to fulfill the order. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Saved results. If you ask us to email your Fit Finder recommendation or your savings breakdown, we receive your email address and the result you asked us to send (the pack you were matched with, or the figures you entered into the calculator). Giving us your address is optional — every tool on this site works fully without it.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). GA4 sets cookies for this purpose. We do not sell personal information.

Why we use it

To fulfill and ship orders, activate and honor warranties, respond to your requests, operate the dealer and fleet programs, and improve the site.

Email we send you. If you asked us to email a result, we send you that result — and, from time to time afterwards, product news and updates relevant to your pack, such as a notice when an out-of-stock pack is available again. Every one of those messages has an unsubscribe link, and we stop as soon as you use it. We do not send unrelated advertising, and we never sell or rent your address.

Who we share it with

Service providers only, for the purposes above: Stripe (payments), freight carriers (delivery), Google (analytics), and Mailchimp, which manages our email list and delivers the marketing messages described above. The result you asked us to email is sent from our own mail servers. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Your choices and rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting purchases.

Unsubscribing. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link — one click and we stop. You can also email [email protected] and we'll remove you. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages you need, such as order receipts, shipping notices and warranty correspondence.

Retention

Order and warranty-registration records are kept for the life of the warranty. Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle the request. If you joined our email list, we keep your address until you unsubscribe, plus a minimal record afterwards so we can honor that request and avoid emailing you again.
